Anila Qayyum, Rabia Qayyum arrested on child endangerment charges

Police say they found 21 children, aged 3 months to 4-years-old, in a home in Woodbridge. Seven of the children were strapped to car seats throughout the house, including in the bathroom and in closet, police say.
