D.C. taxi cab drivers jammed traffic in the District Wednesday to protest app-based services UberX and Lyft.
Cab drivers spoke out Tuesday at a Teamsters Hall, where D.C. cab drivers voiced anger over changes they say are too fast and too expensive.
