    An MPD lieutenant was arrested by his own colleagues early Saturday morning for allegedly driving under the influence after a dispute in which the officer apparently pulled his gun on a driver.

    Carlos Martinelly Montano admitted he was drunk when he hit a car in Bristow in August 2010, killing a nun and seriously injuring two others. He says the surviving nuns have forgiven him and that mercy helped him fight off alcoholism and find religion in jail.
