Prosecutors in Illinois are determined to bring an ex-Marine back to his home state to stand trial in the slayings of two young girls even though he's already facing the death penalty in Virginia.
A federal judge has sentenced an ex-Marine to death for the 2009 murder of a Navy sailor at a barracks in northern Virginia.
