Boy Scout, 13, rescued after sailboat capsizes in Chesapeake Bay

The Coast Guard says boaters rescued a 13-year-old Boy Scout whose sailboat capsized in the Chesapeake Bay. The boaters took the teenager back to shore at the Kiptopeke State Park.
