Maine GOP chairman says Romney wins caucuses, Paul calls it a tie

After three straight losses earlier this week, Mitt Romney eked out a narrow win in Maine's Republican caucuses 39-36 percent over Ron Paul. But not all the caucus results will count, leaving Paul to call it a virtual tie.
