A Brookings Institution Census study indicates that the Washington metropolitan area had the largest jump in the 25 to 34-year-old population of any major city in America between 2010 and 2012.
Unemployment in America has hovered around 8 percent for months now, and for people between the ages of 19 and 30 who can't find jobs despite advanced degrees, retail gigs are more and more attractive.
