    Johnny Cueto outlasted Stephen Strasburg in a highly anticipated matchup of young aces as the Cincinnati Reds beat the Nats 6-3 on Sunday. Strasburg (1-1) allowed nine hits and six runs with four walks and five strikeouts in 5 1-3 innings.

    Ian Desmond made two errors that helped send the game to extra innings, then led off the 11th with his first homer of the season. Wilson Ramos followed with his second homer of the game to rally the Nats to a 7-6 victory Saturday. Jayson Werth and Bryce Harper also homered.

    After giving up only one run in three games against the Marlins, the Nats fall to the Reds, 15-0. Dan Haren had a rough time in his Nats debut, giving up four homers and six runs in four innings. The Reds had more homers than the Nationals had hits (5).
