Ocean City beach patrol officials warned dangerous rip currents are possible from Hurricane Arthur -- and that those rip currents could be especially troublesome for beach-goers.
A 17-year-old boy died Friday afternoon when he was caught in a rip current and submerged underwater in Ocean City, Maryland, authorities said.
