Anti-bacterial soaps face scrutiny, Virginia employees could get bonuses soon, and now may be a great time to purchase that car you've had your eye on.
The federal government said Monday it has no evidence that antibacterial chemicals used in liquid soaps and washes help prevent the spread of germs, and it is reviewing research suggesting they may pose health risks.
Robert R. Taylor, who took soap out of dishes, put it in pump bottles and forever changed the way people wash up, has died. He was 77.
