The police-involved shooting of an armed ex-Marine during a family dispute this past February was justified and reasonable after he pulled a gun on responding officers, officials have concluded.
The February shooting of 30-year-old Taft Sellers in Alexandria was justified because the suspect pulled a gun on more than a half dozen responding officers, according to a Commonwealth's Attorney's report.
