A former District of Columbia official who pleaded guilty to accepting money in a bribery case involving the city's taxicab industry has been released after spending eight months in prison.
Ted Loza, the former chief of staff for D.C. Councilman Jim Graham, will spend eight months in prison for accepting money from a taxi industry representative.
