A New York City man whose murder conviction was overturned after 23 years in prison has suffered a heart attack on his second day of freedom.
A federal judge on Tuesday threw out a drug dealer's murder-for-hire conviction and death sentence in the 2001 slaying of his marijuana supplier. His mother told ABC7 the decision is "an answer to prayers."
