A safety inspector with the National Zoo says human error is to blame for a zebra attack that seriously injured a keeper. The keeper was bitten several times while inside the enclosure last month.
Officials at Smithsonian's National Zoo are trying to figure out why an employee was inside a zebra enclosure Monday morning when he was bitten several times by the animal.
