Today's Forecast Updated Sunday at 11:30 PM

Wet weather tonight, but drying out for the AM commute.  Near record high temperatures Monday.

Tonight:
Cloudy with rain; becoming breezy late; patchy fog by dawn
Lows: 50s
Wind: SE 5-15+ mph
Monday:
Partly sunny, breezy, and very warm
Highs: 70-75°
Wind: SW 10-20+ mph
Tuesday:
Mostly sunny and cooler
Highs: Mid 50s
Wind: W 5-10 mph

Rain will arrive after sunset and will stick around through the overnight hours. Between .50" - .75" of rain is expected. The bulk of the rain should be over by the Monday morning commute. Monday will be very warm with possible record breaking highs. A strong SW wind will help usher in this warm air mass which will result in highs in the low to mid 70s. An isolated shower is possible, as a cold front slides through late Monday night. Temperatures will fall into the 50s Tuesday with sunshine.

The next big weather story is a developing coastal storm Wednesday. This will likely bring clouds, rain, and even wet snow. There is still high uncertainty with regard to the timing, precipitation type, and amounts, so stay tuned to the forecast. Unfortunately, this wet weather arrives on the busiest travel day of the year. Thanksgiving Day dries out with cool highs in the mid 40s. Travel weather looks relatively quiet along the east coast Friday through next weekend.
