High pressure will take control of the forecast for the next several days. Skies will be clear overnight as temperatures dip into the 40s. Extreme western Maryland will see lows in the 30s with the potential for frost. After a cool start Sunday, afternoon highs will rebound to near 70 degrees.
Clouds will increase a bit on Memorial Day, but any outdoor activities should go off without any weather issues. If anything, a passing shower late evening and into Tuesday will be the signal that much warmer and more humid conditions are on the way. Daytime temperatures will stay above average starting Tuesday and well into the upper 80s to lower 90s by the end of the week.
