Feeling like March in May! Will it warm up for Memorial Day weekend?

An area of low pressure trailing this morning’s cold front has been responsible for the gusty winds, low clouds and showers today. Tonight as high pressure further builds overhead, the gusty winds will deliver even cooler and drier air. This will cause gradual clearing with overnight temperatures dropping through the 40s. Tomorrow and Sunday will be partly to mostly sunny. It will still be breezy and temperatures will probably remain in the 60s tomorrow and climb into the lower 70s on Sunday.

Canadian High Pressure should hang tough through Monday, meaning Memorial Day will be partly cloudy with highs in the lower to middle 70s.  Heading to the beaches? An updated holiday beach weekend forecast.  A warm front will cross our area on Tuesday with clouds, showers and rising temperatures. By next Thursday and Friday, high temperatures could approach 90 degrees.
